Research
My research for Northeastern’s Storytelling Through Experimental Gameplay (STEG) Lab focuses on a method of game design called gaminiscing (a term coined by Dr. Bob De Schutter), in which a true personal story is communicated through gameplay derived from the story itself. Several projects have resulted from this study, including Cardistry, Catch the Butterfly, and Keep Your Head Down.
